Fiona is a Solicitor in Beale and Company Solicitors having joined the Dublin office of the practice in 2009.
She completed her apprenticeship with Gleeson McGrath Baldwin Solicitors. During her training contract, she worked in the fields of litigation, property, probate and judicial review. This experience gave her a very good understanding of the duties and obligations of professionals working in the property sphere.
Fiona specialises in professional indemnity defence litigation acting in particular for Engineers, Architects, Solicitors, Brokers, Law Searchers and their Professional Indemnity Insurers. She has extensive experience of dealing with cases in the Circuit, High, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court and regularly deals with large-scale discovery applications.
Fiona also advises on complex policy and indemnity disputes as well as alternative dispute resolution procedures including Mediation and Arbitration.
She is admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland and England & Wales.
Fiona is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, the National Association of Women in Construction and the Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland.
